When we’re generating leads, our team of architectural representatives initiates the relationship. They help the client as they prepare for their project, which can take months or even years.

Once that project reaches the stage of becoming a viable window or door order, architectural specialists will take the information they’ve gathered and share it with our team. They work side by side with our order management team and the assigned Project Manager.

From there, our Project Manager becomes the liaison between the customer and the Rockman inside support team, streamlining the process.
