Quick Summary

Rockman Windows & Doors heard a common frustration from Tri-State homeowners: the company that sells the windows and doors often isn’t the one installing them. To eliminate delays, miscommunication, and drawn-out troubleshooting, Rockman built its own in-house “Installers Guild” of elite, vetted professionals.

Our Installers Guild: The Cream Of
The Crop For Windows And Doors

You Asked, We Listened – Now, We
Set The Standard

It can be frustrating when your Tri-State window and door installer isn’t the same company that sold you the perfect windows and doors in the first place.

Imagine – you spend hours curating the perfect window and door combinations for your luxurious home. The products arrive, but are installed by a team with an unfamiliar name whom you’ve never met.

At Rockman Windows & Doors, we understand the frustration. In fact, we’ve dealt with countless post-installation service calls that would never have happened had we installed the windows and doors.

So we’ve decided that enough’s enough.

With Rockman, calling the shots and setting the standard was imperative to delivering the very best to our customers.

Being Responsible For Installation Quality While Not
Controlling The Installation? Makes No Sense

We’ll always answer the phone at Rockman Windows & Doors. It’s who we are. If you have a problem with the windows and doors that we supplied, we’ll always pick up and get to the bottom of the issue.

But if we’re not the ones who installed the windows or doors, getting to the bottom of the problem took much longer than it would’ve had we used our own installers.

This meant longer wait times for the customers, complaints being filtered through multiple departments and companies, and us having to connect the dots.

Being responsible for the quality of the installation while not being the installer didn’t make sense to us, and it definitely didn’t help the customers.

That’s why we decided to hire our very own elite team of experienced, vetted installers.

But not your average subcontractors down the street with a truck. Our team is nothing short of the cream of the crop.

Our installers are experienced, elite installers with years and even decades of work behind them. Many we’ve known from previous projects, and know first-hand the quality of their work.

Now that we’re calling the shots, we get to the bottom of any installation or product issue much faster – resulting in a whole new level of customer satisfaction.

Rockman Windows & Doors: Dedicated
To Quality, Precision, & Customer Care

Adding a whole new department to our company is a major undertaking, and not one we make easily. We’ve witnessed, first-hand, the frustration and confusion that results when homeowners call about a problem with their installation.

While we’re always dedicated to getting to the bottom of the issue at Rockman, we noticed the process would’ve been more efficient had we been the ones completing the installation in the first place.

We saw a problem, and we worked hard to solve it.

It’s just who we are.

FAQs About Window & Door Installations In The Tri-State Area

Take a look at some of the most commonly asked questions about our window and door replacements.

Q: Why did Rockman create an in-house installation
team instead of using outside installers?

A: Because being responsible for the end result—without controlling the installation—created unnecessary delays and confusion. By using Rockman’s own elite installers, the process is more consistent, accountability is clearer, and any concerns can be diagnosed and resolved much faster.

Q: What does Rockman mean by “cream of the crop” installers?

A: Rockman’s installers are experienced, thoroughly vetted professionals with years (often decades) of window and door installation work behind them. Many are trusted industry specialists Rockman already knew from prior projects and selected specifically for precision workmanship.

Q: How does having Rockman handle installation
improve the customer experience?

A: It reduces hand-offs between companies and speeds up problem-solving if questions come up after installation. With one team overseeing both the products and the workmanship, customers get clearer communication, shorter wait times, and a more seamless luxury-level experience.
