The Anthony DiSunno Scholarship Fund

Many of our customers are architects, and from them, we’ve gained valuable business partners. As such, we always want to ensure they have the means to successfully do their jobs and satisfy their own customers.

At Rockman, we don’t just say we do things – we actually do them.

So, when we say we support our local architects, we mean it. One of the many ways in which we do this is by sponsoring the Anthony DiSunno Scholarship Fund.

Each year, a golf tournament is held in the Hamptons to raise money for the fund. We were already a gold sponsor for that event. So, we thought long and hard about how we could increase our efforts.

To do this, we needed to garner more business to support our fundraising capabilities. With some quick thinking, we came up with the perfect plan. For any referred project that came from the Hamptons AIA Peconic Chapter, we donate 1% of the profits.

The referral can come from any member of the chapter, and they don’t have to guarantee the sale. That part is fully on the team at Rockman Windows & Doors.

This way, the local architects get a chance to receive this outstanding scholarship and beneficial education.

Our team is the most experienced window and door supplier in the Tri-State area. On average, each member has over 20 years of industry experience.

So, we take all the information they’ve gathered and identify the best course of action for their project. Our goal is always to keep the balance between design and budget.

This enables any architect who comes to us to begin their project with an accurate budget that they can present to their customer. In turn, their customer can then make the best decision for their project and financial plans.

It all goes back to one concept we hold near and dear – the best customer is the most educated customer.
